Just had an amazing time at Sea La Vie! The infinity pool views of the sea and Mount Agung were fine, and the snorkeling right from the private dock was a total win. Just watch out for the bumpy road getting there!

let's just say my stay was underwhelming. between the long food waits—nearly two hours! the hotel didn’t even offer anything complimentary for our troubles, which almost warranted a good review, but I just couldn’t. do better for the prices you charge, please!

missingWrote a review on Oct 24helpful stafflong meal waitspoor communication
The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
Our experience was marred by several disappointing factors. The long wait for meals was absurd. To make matters worse, the communication with the hotel was frustratingly slow, relying on a delayed WhatsApp response. This lack of quick support really compromised our overall experience.

missingWrote a review on Oct 14rough road
The road leading to the hotel is dangerously rough. Communication relies on a slow WhatsApp response, and the Wi-Fi leaves much to be desired. Having only three towels available at the pool felt inadequate, and the water was over-chlorinated. Room service takes too long, and the absence of a landline for direct contact is inconvenient. The noise from adjoining rooms is bothersome, making it hard to relax.

A Hidden Gem with Breathtaking Views
I had an unforgettable stay in a Deluxe Room with Ocean View. The infinity pool offered stunning vistas, perfect for relaxing after exploring. While the road was tricky, the secluded location added to its charm. Don't skip the local cuisine. it's delightful! Consider renting a motorbike for ease of travel.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was excellent, with Dayu particularly standing out for her hospitality and lovely smile. Couples seeking a beautiful getaway
We had the most lovely time at this resort the manager Aga went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He literally ran to town twice to fetch us sunscreen and cheerfully helped with anything we needed.
It wasn't exactly cheap but for the experience we received it was acceptable.
